We had a great stay in Charleston at The Rosemary House with StayDuvet. The unit was very clean and exactly as we had expected before arriving. The house is furnished nicely, and is a very practical layout for a group of friends to enjoy. Walking distance to King St, and convenient included parking behind. Overall it was a very nice, private unit, that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to explore Charleston for a long weekend. Thanks again!

New build, quiet, clean, walkable to restaurants. Great for 3 couples.
This two bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Walkable to restaurants and attractions - king st and spring st had great restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The living room was perfect to hang out in after a day of walking! We were two couples and it was the perfect amount of space for us. I will be back!
I stayed here with a group of 6 friends for a girls trip. We absolutely loved the place. It was even nicer in person than it was in the photos. The decorating was fabulous! We loved that each bedroom had a king sized bed and an on-suite bathroom. It was the perfect size for our group. We would absolutely stay here again.
Be sure to read how the driveway process works. This unit is downstairs, there is also a unit upstairs. Both units are given access to share a single width driveway. Be aware that this means you are expected to work it out with other renters, who may or may not be home, to move their car if they have blocked you in. There is no street parking. Underwhelmed and disappointed with this stay. While the location was prime on Broad St., the bedrooms faced the rowdy street and the party noise did not subside until well past midnight on Friday and Sat night. The communication was responsive but not overly accommodating. There are no closets in this rental and no where to hang clothes. The decor was sterile and lacked refinement and taste for the price tag. The only redeeming factor was neighborhood and the beautiful French Quarter.
Wonderful place in a great location - very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. House was very clean with comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again!
Such an awesome space in a great location! It was a beautiful and clean setup with a great shared back patio and hot tub. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston need a central spot (6 blocks to King St).
