Great for a short stay. Perfect for a couple and a dog. The place is smaller in person. It was a cozy spot for us and our dog. Parking was very tight. If the 3rd unit had a car it would’ve been close to impossible to be able to pull in and pull out. We drove a truck and the neighbors had a big car as well and we barely fit. So if you have a second car, drive the smaller one! Everything was in walking distance. Great location!

Communicating was quick and place was in a great location. Beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in for an Airbnb!!

The 94 KingB apartment is overpriced and extremely loud. Eighteen wheelers, motorcycles, mon stop cars, and people hanging out on the street corner is what you will hear. The noise continues all night long through 3, 4 am- it never stops. The exterior pictures of the property imply the house is on a culdeaac. The description leaves conflicting information - stating that if you have noise sensitivities be careful but also highlights quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. This is exactly why we mention it in the listing. This property is a block away from King street, and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town such as Leon's, Melfi's and the coffee shop The daily. Charming house with ample space for three adults and one toddler. Location was convenient for getting around Charleston, and lots to do nearby (Island Provisions for coffee, D'Als for pizza). Host was friendly and responsive. House sits back off the street along with 3-4 other residences, and has a nice little "courtyard"/driveway for playing outside with our toddler. I had a great stay! It was clean modern and swanky, and well equipped with all the amenities. It was close to tons of restaurants and shops. A great place to stay in Charleston
