It was a great stay with my friends. It was in an awesome location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The host was also super responsive and resolved our issues quickly. I would recommend this place for sure!
We had a great stay at the Duncan house. It’s hard to find a home with 2.5 baths in Charleston and this was perfect for two couples (although could have more comfortably). The home was spotless at check in and the owner was very nice when we bumped into him at check in. Neighborhood is awesome with lots of little local places to try. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay in two of the units in this building. Easy access to King street shopping and a short walk to everywhere. Love the parking behind the building and the fun layouts of these little rentals. If renting Unit A, please note that the master is pretty noisy since it's right up against the street. I'd bring a sound machine and eye mask due to street lights. All in all, quite happy with the rentals and location. Good value. Would come back again.
Great place to stay in Charleston! Location is a few blocks from upper King Street with lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping. There are some very cute little cafes in the neighborhood as well. The cottage is set back from the street so its very peaceful. The inside was very clean, the kitchen spotless and there was a little bag of coffee for us to use for the week. One bed is firmer than the other, both very comfortable. Overall great place to stay - location was walkable to some great restaurants and bars and to the historic area, although that was a much longer walk of about 1-1.5 miles. Nice, well-appointed space - we liked the rockers on the front porch, the sitting area and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were a nice size, beds were comfy and had a lot of pillows.
