Our tow insurance dropped the ball 3 times due to lack of communication on their part with other towing companies and finally Stealth Towing was contacted to respond. By the time they responded the driver had been stranded for over 8 hours. All the other companies also would not transport the driver with the broken down truck to Salem due to Covid.
