Low income apartments mostly VERY high rent though. It's really hard to get anyone to talk to you about the apartments, then they only tell you about the income stuff after they have you sold on them.
Much better with new management ApartmentReviews Apartment was nice, cheap and the worst place I ever lived. I gave them high marks for security because the police were always there. Neighbors had so many friends they knocked every ten minutes on the door...
