Verified Renter I have been living at The Stella since early 2022, and until recently, I haven't had any issues. I love the location, it's pretty quiet, and the building seems to be full of professionals, so a great bunch. The amenities are great although I rarely use them, and most staff members are great. My only complaint right now is that my washer/dryer doesn't work and there's a backlog so I have no idea when it'll get looked at/fixed.
Great Place to Live Stella. This place can surely be called a HOME. The exact New Rochelle's Downtown Location is simply outstanding: walking distance to the Metra station, with an easy25 min commute to Manhattan, NY. All local charm is there, very urban but cozy, warm and welcoming. The famous coffee shop is right there at the lobby of the building.
