Verified Renter Great location and amenities. The coffee shop in the lobby is phenomenal. The pool and outdoor space is very enjoyable. Very functional gym and exercise space. Several food options within walking distance.

The up keeping and amenities are truly a package deal with ideal public transportation in close proximity. I do enjoy living here and hopefully I’ll be able to build a good rapport with the new management team one day.

Verified Renter I have been living at The Stella since early 2022, and until recently, I haven't had any issues. I love the location, it's pretty quiet, and the building seems to be full of professionals, so a great bunch. The amenities are great although I rarely use them, and most staff members are great. My only complaint right now is that my washer/dryer doesn't work and there's a backlog so I have no idea when it'll get looked at/fixed.
