It is sad that this place has a such terrible office administration. If you go here DO NOT have any appointments until your insurance is worked out. They obviously do not have the staff to properly run this facility. You could be out $500 dollars because they will wait over a month to tell you that you were not approved by your insurance carrier to pay for your sessions. So unless you want to...

carpet-stained offices appear dirty, unkept and cold; misleading in answering questions about billing that resulted in more visits thereby causing me increased out-of-pocket expense. I would recommend a more professional clinic with better trained personnel.
