The experience we had with Stephanie was fantastic. I’ve purchased or refinanced 9 properties over the last 5 years and have worked with a few lenders. The process and status of your loan is often ambiguous between submittals and final approvals, which can lead to stress in an already stressful time. From beginning to end the transparency and communication was flawless. Even my realtor commented on how much easier Stephanie made his job with the negotiation and closing. Highly recommend.
