A loan process sometimes can be very time consuming and aggravating due to some of the people involved who in our opinion who do not do their jobs well...being busy people we depend on believing that those we choose to work on our behalf, do just that. Stephanie made the process great for me! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the construction loan process. I really admire the fact that she was very to the point and helped me understand a lot about how the process works and was available to answer questions when I had concerns or something wasn’t clear to me.
