I would like to recommend that in the future Construction to Perm customers are clearly notified that they should limit their credit activities until the Permanent Mortgage closes. We were told that everything would just roll over into the new mortgage. We had several snafu's that could have been avoided if we had been aware. For example: I went ahead and applied for my daughters school loan for her final year. This was flagged by the system and we had to cancel that loan and come up with documentation for the underwriters. ... read more
