They were able to not only pre approve, but advance approve my loan process which made for more aggressive bids due to a shorter timespan in closing. As first-time buyers there was a lot we didn't know, Stephanie and Annie at RPM Mortgage led us through the entire process, were thoughtful, always on time, and always responsive to any questions we had. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked. One thing I'd like to highlight was our offer to close process. We were up against 5 offers. Our realtor suggested we offer to close in 25 days to make our offer more enticing (we were up against 2 cash offers). Stephanie and her staff were really great. They always made themselves available for me to ask a question either over the phone, via email, or to stop by the office. So many lenders will promise you this and that. Stephanie was straight to the point, and got me a great rate. The loan process went so fast. We closed in twenty or so days. Stephanie still continues to follow up every so often. As a buyer that's it feels great to have that sort of rapport. Very professional

It has been amazing working with Stephanie Green. Always patient even while we, the home buyers were flying off the deep end. We looked at several homes and she was always happy to talk to us about our loan situation with each house. It may seem overzealous to rate Stephanie and her team five out five in every category but they got the job done. Escrow closed on time. Cost estimate was on the money. All you have to do as the client is provide all the documents in time; you can then sit back and relax.
