Stephanie was always very nice and helpful on the phone. She made sure to keep us on track throughout the process and as we approached closing.
Stephanie was perfectly competent at her job. The one really big thing for me though was I requested to have written communication by email so I could keep track of our conversations, and she refused to do so. She was definitely not the worst part of our KB experience, which was a never ending nightmare. But, she didn’t help either with her unwillingness to communicate in a manner that helped us.
Stephanie was amazing! She made buying our first home experience as easy as can be. She is very knowledgeable and always just a phone call away if we ever had any questions.
Stephanie always went above and beyond! She was exceptional and made the process as easy as possible.
The information received was great. Communication was fantastic. She was patient and understanding when it came to explaining numbers to me.
