Stephanie was perfectly competent at her job. The one really big thing for me though was I requested to have written communication by email so I could keep track of our conversations, and she refused to do so. She was definitely not the worst part of our KB experience, which was a never ending nightmare. But, she didn’t help either with her unwillingness to communicate in a manner that helped us.
