Very slow replies & had to cancel loan @ one point because of her failure to get back to emails & phone calls. I am sure this cost company more having us to sign our loan documents twice when if she’d talk to us could have been illuminated. Dave Ramsey raves about Churchill but I think he needs to know it’s not as warm & fuzzy & he things

It is understandable, for the sake of saving time, to call the client instead of the buying agent; but, both parties get paid to perform a certain duty. The customer should not have to be asked to gather information for the finance company the should be provided, if not asked for from the realtor. Yes it made it easier for my finance agent, but out me at a disadvantage. For if I'm performing part of your job, why exactly am I paying you, and not the other way around? Much confusion as well.
