She is sooo knowledgeable. She listens, explains, recommends. Very good doctor. I recommend her highly.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Stephanie for our dermatology visits for several years. She is friendly, thorough, explains her findings, and explains treatment options very clearly. She is responsive to concerns, whether expressed during the appointment or through a question on MyChart. She also works efficiently without sacrificing quality so we are in and out in a reasonable time frame and feel that we have been treated well.
She listen to your concerns. I love how when she is doing a procedure she tells you step by step what she is doing. She is just the best! I am thankful that I found her to be my dermatologist!!
I have been seeing Dr. Frederick for nearly 15 years, and am so thankful for her clinical expertise, as well as her caring, compassionate demeanor. After the initial melanoma diagnosis, I have been back regularly for my checks - at first every 3 months, but now I’m up to once a year. So many doctors have tunnel vision and mainly see what pertains to their respective specialties. Not so, with Dr. Frederick. I have always felt she sees the whole person, not just my skin, and my care is better for it.
I was very nervous and embarrassed about seeing a dermatologist, but Stephanie made me feel so comfortable that I forgot that I was a a doctor’s office. She was professional, yet kind, thorough, but not aggressive. She listened quietly to my issues and concerns and responded respectfully. I felt she knew exactly what I needed and had the experience to help me concur my skin problems.
Dr. Frederic is a very caring and helpful doctor. She listens to her patients and includes the patient in care selection. I appreciate the time she gives at each visit and how helpful she is.
