I came on the wrong day for my colonoscopy after doing the prep overnight. An April fools day prank that I pulled on myself. Dr. Humm and team were able to squeeze me in on their already busy day and I am forever grateful to not have done that prep for nothing. Dr. Humm was very kind and clear and made me feel at ease for my first colonoscopy.
Dr. Humm was very easy to talk to, he answered all the questions about upcoming procedure and made me feel safe and at ease.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable to ask him any questions during my visit. It was like talking to a friend, who just so happens to be the doctor. I didn’t have a single concern about his competence and could tell that he really cares about his patients. And in that vein, he doesn’t talk down to you, like so many doctors do. The patient is as much a part of the treatment plan as he is. But I’ll let him make the big decisions.
Dr. Humm saved my life. I was diagnosed with colon cancer and from the beginning of my treatment, he made the whole process to be as pleasant possible. His kindness and knowledge were exceptional. Thank you for taking care of me.
This is my first appointment with Dr. Humm and I found him to be knowledgeable and personable. I particularly was impressed by his recommendation as it saw me as a whole person, not just as a colonoscopy patient for whom a colonoscopy is recommended yearly.
Dr. Humm is the BEST gastroenterologist I have ever experienced and I have had many in the past 25 year, suffering from Gerd, Reflux and Barrett's Esophagus. He is a caring person and really listens. What I most appreciate is his ability and willingness to "think outside the box".
Our visit to Dr. Humm was one of the best as a new patient. He was exceptional, listened, asked questions, answered our questions, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Best "bedside manner" we've seen as a new patient.
