While I am aware that it is not something that you are choosing to require, it would be a step in the right direction to make the ridiculous amount of files of past bills, income tax, bank accounts, etc. that are required to get a loan much smaller. I am not clear why people have to locate and send copies of so many items, sometimes more than once, in order to get a home loan. Especially since all of our credit information is available online and we gave permission to get it. We found this process both tedious and annoying. ... read more
