While I am aware that it is not something that you are choosing to require, it would be a step in the right direction to make the ridiculous amount of files of past bills, income tax, bank accounts, etc. that are required to get a loan much smaller. I am not clear why people have to locate and send copies of so many items, sometimes more than once, in order to get a home loan.
