Mr Holland was very easy to work with and easy to talk to and convey my needs and he explained all I asked for and wanted! A simple pleasure ! I wish all Loan officer were this easy and willing to work with you!
Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional while working our refinance. He was helpful throughout the process and worked with our busy schedule. He ensured we understood the process and you could tell he really wanted what was best for us. He was available for contact at all times days, nights, and weekends. Due to the fact that this was my very first time purchasing a home, I was a bit lost. Steve basically held my hand through the entire journey. He always kept in contact with me to simply update me and answer any questions that I may have (I had lots).
