This business is a life saver. We have an Aga range that I love and desperately needed service. We have been looking for 7 years for someone who could service this range in our Spalding County home. Our technician, Michael, provided exceptional service. He was professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and efficient. He properly diagnosed and fixed the issues with our Bertazzoni refrigerator when other service providers couldn’t. He then exceeded expectations with his honesty, helpfulness, and willingness to explain the issues and solutions to both us and the manufacturers. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I would confidently recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors.

The technician, Michael, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He called to let me know he was on the way. He made the repair look easy- and was extra cautious not to scratch the polished SS edge of the dishwasher as he was reassembling it. Checked that it worked properly before he left. I had been working with another company to get my dishwasher repaired for four months, so I finally decided to call Sterling Service Repair to see if they could help me. I was able to get an appointment a week after I made my initial call. Michael, the technician, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He repaired the dishwasher within 30 minutes. I am so grateful!

The bake feature was not working on our Fulgor. The Technician, Michael, troubleshot the problem, found the issue. Placed an order for parts. Lisa kept me abreast of the next visit. Michael and his partner returned later and made repairs quickly and efficiently. This guys knows his stuff. He explained what was going on with the oven in plain language. I’d trust him with any appliance of mine. I’d trust Sterling with any issues in the future.
