This is the first time I used Sterling Service Group. My refrigerator compressor needed to be replaced. The company sent Josh Gaylord to my house to do the repair. It took 2 trips for him to do the diagnosis, place the order for the compressor and finally install it. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Josh. They were so good about keeping in touch throughout the entire time it took to get my fridge/freezer repaired. They even called to let me know there was an earlier appointment available because someone had canceled! Of course I took the new earlier one! The repairmen were courteous, friendly and efficient. It actually took about three weeks to get my unit repaired since they had to order parts. Seems there is a shortage of available parts. The employees who answered everytime I call were always ready to help. Answers all my questions and they call on the day they say they will. All my calls were returned within the same day. The service person who came to my house, Jordan, is very professional. He set up his things carefully inside my house, cleaned up after he is done. He was wearing a face mask. Our technician Josh was absolutely wonderful, he was very professional in his job and seemed like a good family oriented young man. We sincerely enjoyed this experience and will definitely call Sterling the next time we need something serviced.
Very professional technician (Jordan) and knowledgeable about our LG refridgerator repair. Great response time and wonderful customer service when I called into the main number. Would definitely use again if we needed to!
