Steve seems like a nice guy although I've never met him in person. We had a few communication issues such as the location of the closing. And this is probably not his fault but the entire process took over two months. All of my info was sent to underwriting on October 4 or 5? Closing did not happen until December 1. It seemed like a long time to drag it out to me. I originally went with Churchill because Dave Ramsey recommends you. Anyway I probably would send someone in need of a mortgage to u.
