I know Steve for more than 13 years. He did loans for couple of purchases and refinances for me. He helped and guided me when I bought my primary home and had a lot of questions. I could not had asked for anything better. I did several loans with him and I can say for sure that he is among the best in this business. He is very honest, professional with deep knowledge of the industry and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients get best possible deals. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve helped me finance my original purchase of a single family 1925 NJ home with a Jumbo 5/1 ARM. It needed a major renovation but I didn't know how long we would stay so I had detailed questions around which type of mortgage, as well as alternative periods for fixed vs float (3/1, 5/1 through 30-year fixed), different levels of down payment and PMI avoidance. Key features I wanted to see: Easy-to-find loan rates right on the website A knowledge center that was actually full of knowledge, plus tools like mortgage calculators An efficient online pre-approval application Someone who can help answer questions via live chat The option to apply over the phone (because sometimes you feel like talking to a real person)

As a first time home buyer I wasn't really sure what to expect. During our initial conversation Steve walked me through the mortgage process from start to finish. Really put my mind at ease. Throughout the process Steve was extremely attentive and would call/email regularly to keep me up to date on things. The only way I could have been happier with Steve and his team is if they volunteered to make my mortgage payment for the next 30 years. An all around great experience.
