I been very fortunate to have Mr. Higgins as my loan officer for my house purchases and preferred rate as my mortgage company. Mr Higgins is a very professional in so many ways, and I been lucky to have him work on my loans, he always answers my calls and my questions I have and explains everything during the process for a loan. Steve was incredible to work with! Highly recommend to anyone considering a purchase or refinance! He was extremely knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process! Anytime I had a question he was very responsive and helpful.
