Time management of important documents and preparation for closing on time was severely lacking. Our final disclosure was not given to us until 24 hours prior to our scheduled closing. All of our paperwork required on our part was uploaded and processed at least 2 weeks prior to closing. We should have had the final numbers at least 3 days prior to closing to allow ample time for the wire transfer of our funds to be processed.
