Tim was fantastic. He was always willing to answer all my questions...and there were a lot...very quickly. He was also thorough and listen to what I needed and delivered. Most importantly, I trusted Tim. When you are investing in the biggest purchase of you life and have limited knowledge of the mortgage business, trust is vital. Tim and his team was really on the ball. On a Sunday Tim proactively took the next step in response to an e-mail from the Realtor before I had a chance to close the loop and touch base with him. Under an already aggressive house closing date, Tim was able to move up the closing date a week earlier than expected. Tim's team worked effectively with the Realtor, property assessment, and Title company to make things happen. Tim's team exceeded and went beyond any reasonable expectation of what was possible.
