I reached out to Steve about refinancing and he started working on my file the same day. He was always available throughout the process, even though I know he was busy with all the other folks also trying to take advantage of the low rates right now, and answered all my questions. The process went quickly and everything was done online, except for settlement, which was done at my house (but could have been at my offfice). It was a ridiculously efficient and painless process.
