Steve was very helpful throughout the process. He emailed, called and also made his staff (Liz) available consistently when we needed. There was one minor instance of tension which could have been managed a bit better, when the closing date had to be delayed by a few days because of the processing of a financial transaction for the down payment money to clear, but other than that him and his team were very good.
