Steve is very much on top of his game. The process with him takes very little time. He is very genuine and is there to answer any questions and does it in a very timely manner. We were so pleased. This is our second mortgage with Steve and my 4th finance with USA mortgage. If you are looking for a 203k loan this is your lender!

Steve stays on top of everything he does and takes the work out of the loan process, and does it all very quickly. When we had questions, he was able to answer them quickly and enthusiastically, and yet still double checked any grey areas, to ensure that everything was done right. This is our 2nd loan process with Steve. We do highly recommend him for a 203k loan. We're convinced that he's experienced enough to do the loan processes in his sleep. Super sharp, and a super-nice fella!
