On several occasions we were asked for documents we had already provided. On multiple occasions my wife questioned the figures and she was correct - the figures were wrong, including the final “pay this amount at closing” figure. We had some major problems and delays at the eleventh hour, caused by the organization providing the downpayment assistance, but got no communication at all except for second-hand information from our realtor, which was extremely stressful.

IF our loan personnel would have provided clear, direct, and timely information to my wife and self. The information should have come to us at the same time and communication was seem be not friendly at first and seem to be bais.
