They could improve on is that they should assume people (especially first-time buyers) don't know anything about the home buying process. So in my case when curve balls like extensions, appraisals, and document processing can change the course of the loan it would have been nice to know ahead of time to be more prepared. Also, there should be a policy that if the document processing is delayed by Churchill you should not require the customer to acquire more documents further delaying the process
