Dr Charous is a great doctor. I saw him for my thyroid.
I had sinus and nasal septum surgery and for the first time in 15 years I can breathe!! Would definitely recommend Dr. C!

Dr. Charous is one of those doctors I know I can recommend to my family and friends with the utmost confidence. He is very gentle and has a great bedside manner. I am completely satisfied with the two unrelated surgical procedures he performed on me successfully. I highly recommend Dr. Charous to those in need of an ENT.
He was very intelligent explained every detail, made me very comfortable. He explained the bad news perfectly, with genuine sadness in his eyes. Human but professional. I wish all doctors were this perfect. He asked if i had any questions, i thought and thought and he waited. He let me think everything over until i felt confident in leaving. This was my second visit to Dr. Charous. He makes me feel comfortable and not nervous, even when doing a uncomfortable procedure. He is friendly and tells me everything I need to know and fully explains the medication and the next step. I would recommend him. The office was unusually crowded this last visit, but that is not the norm.
I will highly recommend Dr. Charous to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and explained diagnose and the procedure needed very clearly to me. He was very professional and friendly at all times. I found him very knowledgeable and straightforward with excellent communication skills and an easy going personality. He desceibed everything in laymans terms making it easier for me to understand and describe later.
During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
