This was the 5th time my wife and I had worked with a lender, 3 times purchasing a home, 2 times refinancing. Working with Steven and his team was hands down the best, easiest and most comfortable experience of all of them. Start to finish he was there making things happen, answering questions and doing everything needed to make things go smoothly.

Steve and his team were so easy to work with! We have purchased 7 houses and this was by far the most smooth transaction. Steve was recommended through our realtor and he out did the credit union we were working with. He was so responsive and called us on a Sunday went through options to get us the best deal and the best use of our money. I would not hesitate to use him and his wonderful team anytime, I highly recommend them!

Steve was an asset to my condo purchase. He went above and beyond to get me everything I needed and always responded quickly to my text or emails. Any issue that came up he let me know about and would do what he could to get it fixed and done. I appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me get what I wanted.

Steven is a man of integrity who sees his clients as people, not as statistics or a means to an end. More than once in our home search Steven advocated for us when we put in offers, and his team's communication and assistance when we went through closing was second to none. It made our homebuying process painless when it could have easily been more difficult and confusing.

I have heard horror stories about lenders, and I must admit, I am confused. Steven di Lucca and his team have helped us by two houses, and both times the process was seamless. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to all my friends. They work extremely hard, and they do excellent work. Buying a home is stressful, but they make it much less so.
