Dr Lichtenstein spent time with me and listened to all concerns I had. We talked about options going forward with my treatment. He smiled a genuine smile . He always asks me if I was treated well by Staff. He truly cares for his patients and that is why I value his thoughts and medical expertise .He doesn't push or pressure you to do any treatment you aren't comfy with... He's a great guy and amazing doctor. He worked me into his schedule and had to stay late to do so .blessed to have him as my GI doctor.

I go out of my way to see this doctor! He is extremely kind and goes out of his way for his patients!! I highly recommend him!! He also has a fantastic bedside manner !! Very knowledgeable!!

These surveys are not good because the doctor is excellent but a lot of the office staff are lazy and don't get messages to the doctor... or when they do it's the wrong message and the doctor will call questioning the message and then i tell him what I called for and it just makes more work for the doctor. Also they don't put the test results in the computer so he has to look everything up while I'm there instead of being able to see it in my chart like it is supposed to be.
