I had a great experience at Sudbrink Surgery I was treated very well and all my questions were answered the results of the surgery were fantastic.
very good quality care. had good experience with doctors and staff and everything went smooth with surgery
I got fully impacted wisdom teeth removed, and was prescribed IBUPROFEN. FOR A WHOLE ORAL SURGERY. I’ve had other teeth removed and received hydrocodone and tramadol, but for this I get ibuprofen. I call back the next day unable to sleep, eat, or open my mouth at all from pain, and am told to come back in a week to be reevaluated. This surgeon is trash. Never again.
I was not a patient of Sudbrink’s but hearing how my sister was treated in Aspen Dental in Altamonte makes me sick to my stomach. Her appointment time was changed without her consent, she was refused IV pain medication when they promised she could have it if she changed her mind, she was rushed through her appointment and signed her paper’s walking into her surgery room. Dr. Sudbrink is the worst. He didn’t explain anything, and was extremely rushed. I was his last procedure for the day, and he was acting inconvenienced that he had to stay for his last appointment. He didn’t numb me enough, and I could feel the pain of him ripping out my tooth, and when I tried to get his attention he did not stop until I grabbed his arm. Then he acted annoyed that I didn’t want to feel the pain, and that I asked for more numbing, because it seemed like he didn’t want to wait for the next numbing to kick in.... read more
Absolutely awful. Barely acknowledged me as a person. Told him I was very anxious and he basically ignored me. Didn’t numb me enough the first attempt, would not stop when I said ow over & over, I ended up grabbing his arm to make him stop and listen to me. He then said to reschedule for sedation, but I asked if he could numb me more. He seemed inconvenienced from the start, & didn’t want to wait longer.
