One of the best things about visiting Dr. Cutbirth's is the atmosphere of the actual dental office. My past experiences of visiting the dentist consist of sterile and rather intimidating environments; very clinical and uncomfortable. Dr,Cutbirth's office is somewhat different. I am an anxious patient to say the least. I was petrified at the thought of visiting Dr. Cutbirth for the first time. My anxieties were, however, completely unfounded. Dr. Cutbirth recognized my fears and responded accordingly. He and his staff patiently explained to me what I could expect and took away my fears. They did everything at my pace. I recently moved to Waco and needed to find a new dentist. It was probably the last task on my moving list, as I hate even going to the dentist for a cleaning. I was terrified of going into your office the first time. I was so scared I was in tears on the phone with your staff. But since being a patient of yours, my fear of the dentist has subsided. Although it still makes me apprehensive and nervous, I know I am in good hands.
I have never had an easy time of it when I need to be sedated for any surgery or procedure. This is why I am so pleased with Dr. Steven Cutbirth's dental office. The sedation experience at Dr. Cutbirth's office was not a general anesthetic. This sedation just allowed me to feel like I could sleep. I really want to express my thanks to Dr. Cutbirth and his staff. I needed some dental procedures (bridge, and some fillings) and it was smoother and easier than I could have ever imagined. I was given a comprehensive consultation right at the start as to exactly what I needed and what I had to do. I have had thousands upon thousands of dollars put into my mouth. One botched dental job after another, I finally needed and still need serious dental help. This was the most money I've ever spent in my life, but I'd do it all over again. I have never been so comfortable, free of pain and skipping to the dentist like I have at this office.
