He worked with us on the 1st loan and it was an arduous and complicated loan process due to the Reverse Mortgage and title company trying connect with each other. This time around the refinance was a breeze and no complications with financing and working with the title company. Great experience all around.

Everything went well and smooth. Just took one email to Steven to ask if refinance would be in our favor, he responded with numbers to compare which made financial sense to us. Steven took the time to explain the rates and cost saving value over time. Steven works late hours which made it easier for me. The whole online process went seamless and smooth.
