Dr. Richards did an excellent job of explaining my medical situation. He is a very competent and caring physician.
My son has seen Dr Richards several times over the last few years. He is friendly, patient, understanding & makes sure that my son is comfortable. He talks us through the appointment without rushing us and answers all of our questions, giving us options to consider. Highly recommend.
Dr Richards was wonderful in the way he thoroughly explained what was causing my ear issues and took his time and made sure I understood it all!

Dr. Richards provided excellent care to my 2 year old. He was very friendly with her and helped make her feel comfortable with each visit and at her surgery ... so much to where she likes going to do the doctor! He also listened to my concerns and helped explain everything thoroughly. We will definitely recommend Dr. Richards and his staff!

Dr. Richards is extremely polite and professional, he never seemed to rush me during our visits and always listened to my concerns. He was very attentive after my surgery with him and ensured that my pain was manageable afterwards. I can not say enough good things about this man, he was absolutely wonderful!
