About the Company Family Owned and Operated How It All Began... Steve's Flowers and Gifts was founded in 1973 by Steve and Linda Huth. As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. Girlfriend loved the presentation of the key to my heart set with the ribbon and box. Smelled great even days later. Flowers held up well even days later.

The Pendleton store prepared flowers for my mother's funeral- during such a very time for our family, the entire staff was compassionate, listened and prepared simply the most beautiful and perfect flower arrangements that we could have imagined.
