I ordered a blooming basket for a funeral the afternoon before and Steve's got it there on time. They were kind enough to send me a photo of what I ordered since I didn't personally go into the shop. I appreciated that extra level of customer service.

The flowers for my sister's birthday were lovely! The arrangement was not your typical cut carnations or daisy mums with baby's breath and leather leaf filler. It was creative and colorful. I will definitely be ordering from Steve's again in the future. 5 stars all the way!
The staff was very open to answering all questions when I called about placing my online order. Also, I was appreciative of the follow up emails with picture to show me of my purchase and even notification of when the product was delivered.
