The ONLY good thing that came from my experience was how quickly they responded. I had a clogged drain causing backup in the tubs and toilets, and the technician wouldn't even look around for a clean out to resolve the issue. Before even looking for an existing solution, my bill was AT LEAST $1500, with the threat of an additional $8000 to install a new sewer. I love that this company contacts customers to make things right. I would LOVE to use them in the future for any plumbing needs! Odd how I found this company, but they just earned a customer. About to change my password so nobody can make random reviews again but hoping this will make things right this time. :)
