My husband called Stewart Plumbing from airport where he was preparing to fly home. He had a short period of time before boarding and they called him back promptly and had service technician headed to our home within 30 minutes. Tim F. arrived and immediately determined what he thought the problem was and informed me it could be one of two issues, gave me a worst and best case scenario and how much each would cost. Neil L. came to our house on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough as he explained our options in correcting our plumbing issues. We thought we had a couple of problems, but Neil checked everything to be certain. He solved our main issue in a matter of minutes! We were slightly apprehensive to find out what our grand total of services would be. Rod W. Sr. was able to come to our home a few hours after I called to report a problem with our drains. He was very thorough with what I should expect from his visit and the company as a whole which was excellence!
