Horrible, rude, nasty!!!! Heather Falks breached my contract and dropped me as a client because I caught her and her paralegal Brenda Brock-Cox requesting a hearing without my consent, refusing to give me information on my EEOC complaint when asked, saying they spoke to me when they hadn't in months because no one will return a phone call, and withholding my charge number and investigator name from me for nearly 3 months. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. They are rude, slow, and would not know a good case if it smacked them in the face. They had my case for almost 2 years and the stat of limitations was 2 years. At 1 year and 5 months they finally send me a letter after phone calls to find out what they are doing. The letter tells me they do not believe I have a case which I know I do because of the circumstances of my case and 2 years of law school myself.
