They communicated the arrival accurately, told me exactly what they were going to do, and set expectations appropriately about what would be removed (organics) and what wouldn’t (oxidation). Customer service level was excellent! I reached out during normal business hours and had a response within 15 minutes. Terrell went above and beyond to ensure our property was protected (all outlets, etc. taped off). Super professional, polite, and took the utmost care when working around the house. The quality of work was beyond exceptional. I will absolutely be reaching out again for other services!
