Staff was awesome and didn't have to wait too long to be seen... And Dr Carter was just fun to talk too and was hilarious... Thank you guys for taking care of me...

When someone comes in for a Covid test they should not have to check in as a patient so you can bill the insurance that’s fraud waste and abuse

Thank you for this concern. We are not a federally funded healthcare clinic and are able to bill insurance or the Cares Uninsured Act to recover out expenses. There should be no out of pocket expense for the patient.

Do not go to stitches. They was supposed to send a strep throat rapid test that I was supposed to get back today and it appears they did not. They was also supposed to send my prescription for antibiotics and steroids to treat said strep throat to my pharmacy, and again nothing. I understand things are crazy right now but that’s not an excuse for malpractice, or negligence. Went in for specific symptoms. Unfortunately this place is only hunting COVID cases. Rather than treat me, they drilled me on symptoms only related to COVID. When I answered no to all their COVID questions they ultimately said they didn’t know what was wrong with me then and I should go to the ER. It was a simple case of heat exhaustion. Had they actually treated me instead of spent their time hunting COVID they could have figured that out. I’m so sick of COVID being the only thing medical professionals care about. Staff are professional and kind. But, I didn't enjoy feeling like I'm being treated like a criminal for a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

I had a sinus infection that rapidly got worse late in day. I came about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was seen.
