Quiet, comfortable spot with genuinely nice service, I basically had Stone City Grill to myself, which made for a peaceful solo dinner (perfect if you want to eat fries without judgment). The staff was friendly and attentive without hovering, exactly the kind of service that lets you enjoy your food and your thoughts. I an truly surprised that there are no reviews. We had the truffle fries as an appetizer, they were to die for. We shared the scallops and crab cakes and added a side salad. The crab cakes were small, but very tasty. The bacon wrapped scallops were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Our salad was fresh and not out of bag of chopped lettuce. Our server was great. The only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars, is the fact that the water had a twang that I did not care for...

I had to tell you how my experience was after being encouraged by everyone who hears what happened at the brunch. My son, made reservations for 4 for 11:15. When seated next to the hostess stand, the music was so loud, i honestly could not hear anyone speak at my table. I asked multiple times to be turned down. I suppose the staff could not hear me. When we sat down we were presented with a slimmed down version of the menu we had seen online. There was barely a third of the menu items present. Then we enjoyed the lack of ambiance while we watched others that had arrived after us being served. I had to ask the attendant for service before anyone paid us any attention. The place was not very busy. They were out of several items. The service was slow and the food was not worth the price. Very disappoint when associated with a very nice hotel. On their own, the staff was nice enough to bring us a piece of cheesecake, on the house. Unfortunately the gesture was ruined when the cheesecake was frozen.

I came to this restaurant with my mother for dinner, and we unfortunately had an underwhelming experience. Aesthetically beautiful, the hotel presents an inviting atmosphere. This Doubletree is lovely without doubt. However, I can't say the same about the food at its Stone City Grill. We started off on the wrong foot because we split an order of bacon wrapped scallops.
