We were seated for 10 minutes before we were given water and tho e waiter said he would be right back to take our drink orders. Another 10 minutes goes by before he returns. Our food comes out before we finish our appetizer and then my entree was lukewarm. We would have ordered more but our waiter didn’t come back to check on us. I keep giving this places chances but after last night, Stonecreek is officially out of the rotation.

Andre was a fantastic server, food was good…front hostess girls were not very professional and had no customer service whatsoever…definitely need some training in that area

First of all, we live stone creek and all Cunningham restaurants. Yesterday,this was our first time at the greenwood location. Beautiful restaurant. We had a table right in the middle of bar and entrance to restroom, awkward. But restaurant wasn’t busy, so we dealt with it. The music was obnoxiously loud and felt more like a bar instead of a nice family dining establishment. This is the second visit in a row with unreasonably slow service. We came on a Sunday at lunchtime. The dining room was near empty. We kept our order simple. Four salads. No appetizer, no bar drinks. We ordered as soon as she came back with our drinks. It took us over a half hour from the time we were seated just to get salads. (And no…no one had steak or special accommodations for their salad). So, my wife took me for my birthday to Stone Creek Dining Company. First time we had been to this location since they relocated. Their new location is beautiful, but thats about all. It was my birthday and I at least expected the dinner to be a little special. When the reservation was booked it had been indicated it was my birthday. We normally love eating here. Last night it took 15 min to get our drinks, our server never did bring our bread that we had to ask for, 2nd round of drinks also took 15 min. I ordered the orange miso salmon and the rice cakes were so burnt they were like rocks. By the time our server brought replacement rice cakes we were finished with our meal.
