We were seated immediately for our 6:15 reservation on NYE. The food was good, however, partway through the meal, the electricity went out. Very little information was given about the state of the restaurant and when it was time to pay, zero compensation was given for the mishap. We had to eat more than half our dinner by cell phone light. I would expect some sort of small discount on what we had to deal with.
We went for New Year’s Eve. We were sat quickly at a great table, server very nice and attentive. As soon as we received our food, power in the entire restaurant went out. They couldn’t control this, obviously , but my requested medium well Steak came out very well done, they couldn’t correct it so my food wasn’t very good. Server remained amazing throughout and is what saved the dinner for us.
My steak was ordered med rare. It came to the table extremely rare. The second time it wasn't much better but I accepted it but would have enjoyed it more if it had been done medium rare as I orderee
We ate on the lower level. It was so quiet. Great service! Delicious food!
