It was a first date. I told the waiter that I had never met her before. He immediately backed off, gave us space and time to for introductions. He was tremendous for understanding the situation. We tied up the table for over 4 hours. He never rushed us, never made us feel like others were waiting. When it was clear that the dining room was closing down he made a special point that the entire staff was setting up for Mother's Day brunch and that we could stay as long as we liked. Service good and prompt. Not sure about cook's understanding is about Med-well vs med rare. Ordered med well both steaks were well under cooked and lots of red appeared. After returning steaks (and after after other food consumed), good taste.
