Nothing spectacular. Our reservation was at 7:30 p.m. and we were seated early. We had a party of 10 and the two orders of calamari were not hot. None of our food came out hot. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived. The waiter was not very people friendly, but he was assisted by someone (bearded gentleman) that was a people person. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate my child with allergies.
When we got to the restaurant, the hostesses were both on their phones...unacceptable. Thursday evening at 6:15 and the restaurant was not packed so we were confused when they proceeded to seat us in the back, by the door with no one else around when there were plenty of seats on the main level. We can only assume it was because they took one look at our kids and jumped to the conclusion that they would be noisy, which they were not. When we asked the server why, she was confused as well. Had the Crusted Parmesan Sirloin. Excellent entree. The Caesar salad was great as well. Great place for many types of occasions.
Awesome overall. I feel like our waiter rushed us and the restaurant was probably 75% empty. Did not come back often to see if we needed anything refeeshed. Continued to remove items on table before we were finished. I was disappointed in this. I have always had a great experience at this establishment. 😕😐
Both my wife and I had the pick two entrée and chose the same two. The half rack of ribs was very tender and tasty. The sea scallops were very good but only received two - I thought there should be more than just two and there was a $3.00 upcharge to end up with just the two.
