We were here early on Christmas Eve and had a wonderful experience. The food was very good. In fact, their specialty balsamic served with the bread was so good that I purchased a bottle for home. But the thing that stands out from the evening was the excellent service. Despite the restaurant being crowded, our server – Trenton – was relaxed, helpful, and attentive. His pleasant demeanor just resonated with us.
Was disappointed this time. I loved the goat cheese with tomato relish on toasted points that they no longer serve. The bread was gooey in the middle. Not cooked all the way. Will pick somewhere else next birthday. Divided on whether to recommend it or not.
We had a very good experience. It was my wife's birthday and the restaurant comped her dessert. One issue....my steak was medium well instead of medium rare as I ordered it. I brought this to the managers attention when she visited our table but I stressed there was no need to rectify (as she offered). The steak still tasted great and I just asked her to make this a teachable moment for the cook.
