Stone Creek is a great spot for the two of us, but we always see families there, and even some larger groups. They do very good job with the service, and the wine / cocktail list is impressive. It's a good value for the money. My wife had shrimp and I had scallops, and we both enjoyed our plates...except she had to send her risotto back to get warmed through. I love this place so no complaints. My family knows this is one of my Fav restaurants (I have my $100 gift card to prove it!☺️) and wanted to treat me for Mother's Day. But, unlike in years past where you had the choice of Brunch or Menu, my family didn't know that for Mother's Day this year you could ONLY choose the Brunch and could not order off the menu until 4pm. 😔 so we had a couple of drinks and then we left ... Our server was very gracious though!
We were a bit disappointed as it seemed Stonecreek was understaffed and unprepared for Mothers Day. Table was not set when we sat down, hostess was attending to us, not a waiter, they ran out of entrees we ordered, food came out in spurts. As we left we saw a catering truck bringing food in the back door. We thought that was odd. Food was as always very good but service was really lacking and it just felt chaotic so for the price we would have expected better.
The occasion was Mother's Day and we were not warned on making reservations it was a buffet. The food was nothing special. Smoked salmon was very good. Other entrees were only ok.
